Easter Basket Ideas For 11 Month Old – Easter is right around the corner and I wanted to share some last minute Easter basket ideas for babies and toddlers! I’m so excited to give Porter his first basket this year – we didn’t do it last year because he was only about 6 weeks old. I kept it simple and didn’t go crazy because let’s be honest, she’s one and doesn’t need much, but, of course, kids make any holiday more exciting. I’m linking everything in her basket and sharing a few more tips in case you’re looking for some last minute ideas!

Easter Basket Ideas For 11 Month Old
I bought her basket from PB Kids (size small) and the cutest bunny accessories. This particular one is sold out, but this one is very similar! I found the cutest baby squishy with bunny ears at our local Harris Head and I’m really excited to give him this singing shark cube. He absolutely loves this song (what baby doesn’t) and for less than $10 it was a great find. I threw in two books about bunnies, a pair of swimsuits from when he just started swimming lessons, and a chocolate Lint chick (mostly for mom and dad, haha). I can’t wait to dress up Porter in his best Easter outfit and do a little egg hunt in my backyard (I got this set because I loved the colors so much). I love getting creative with Easter baskets for the kids, but I don’t want to break the bank. I go to one of my favorite stores, Dollar Tree, to help fill baby baskets.
Easter Basket Ideas For Baby, Kids, Teen
I created six different Easter baskets for different age groups with items purchased at the Dollar Tree. Our tradition is to put a chocolate bunny and jelly beans in the basket along with other non-candy items.
The first basket I collected is for a school girl. Found 11 items to add to cart. There are many more including dragons, eye shadows and nail polish to name a few. Including the cost of the bucket (which will provide hours of sandbox fun this summer), this Easter basket costs $12.
This is the next basket for a school age boy. I have a second grader and as I was putting together the basket I was thinking about what she might like. This cart has nine items plus the cart, so it’s $10 (everything at Dollar Tree is $1).
The other basket is for a preschool girl and costs $9. Some items may be unisex, such as crayons and paper.
Easter Basket Ideas For Teen Boys
This basket is suitable for preschool boys and costs $10. Some of these topics may be appropriate for an older preschooler. I have a 3 year old daughter and a 5 year old son and I was wondering what they would like when I put these two preschool baskets together?
Another basket is made for a toddler, either a boy or a girl. Many items can be used for different age groups. Coloring books, paper and colored pencils were used in the girls’ preschool basket. Duck and ball are used in another basket for babies. This basket was $8 at the Dollar Tree.
Another basket was collected for one child and cost $7. Making Easter baskets for babies is difficult. They have no idea what Easter or an Easter basket is. If the Easter Bunny brings a basket for one kid in our house, he brings all the kids (just not too many). I tend to think of the basics like shampoo, wipes, socks and towels. The Best Steam Toys For Easter
When I started shopping for items for my son’s Easter basket, I had no idea what to buy. Everything in the Easter section was either candy or toys for the older children. I remember walking around Target for hours looking for things to fit in her cart. I started desperately looking for Easter baskets for babies and toddlers – everything in the stores was designed for older children.
I don’t know about you, but for me, filling an Easter basket for a 3 month old was hard. I had a lot of ideas this year. I couldn’t even fit everything in Carl’s basket!
So I thought I’d share Carl’s finished Easter basket with you. As a bonus, I’ve included a free printable list of 95 basket fillers for babies and toddlers! You can find it at the end of this post.
I found most of Carl’s items at Target (in the dollar section!) and online at Amazon. Since this cart is from a few years ago, I’ve updated it with similar items currently available on Amazon.

Her basket is my Easter basket from childhood. It’s the only real non-girly item I can pass on to her (I’m not sure she’d be too crazy about my Samantha doll).

Can’t take credit for it, my husband caught it one day while I was out. I think he might be a little tired of reading all the children’s books.
