First, most online number cake recipes either require you to make a paper mold or claim to be cut out by hackers. It will not work to cut hacks. They don’t make neat and tidy cakes. For my mini number cake, I simply bake an 8 inch cake, cut it into 2 pieces and use *cookie cutters* to make the numbers. light!
Secondly, each mini cake with numbers is a perfect service for one. If you are having a birthday or any kind of party, you don’t have to worry about the kids cutting the cake and arguing over who has more. Peace!
